Taxes

After spending several hours on the dang blasted things, spanning several days, I have finished my taxes and sent them in. I am expecting a nice return this time. Enough to pay a mortgage payment. Taxes need to be overhauled. I can not believe how complex the rules are. What I want to know, is how many tax rules contradict other rules? Seriously, you think that might be a problem?

I need to announce that today is my wife’s birthday. Today she is one year older, and another year closer to being over the hill. I love you sweety!

I want to go skiing SO much! The mountains are calling to me. The biggest problem though is that I have no one to go skiing with! It really sucks! My younger brothers are too far away to say, hey lets go skiing. One is in Japan, and the other is about 1.5 hours away and going to school. This sucks! I am going to have to go with co-workers I guess! ARGH!

It isn’t that bad. As long as we don’t talk about work.
